Molly Allen is food, beverage, and travel writer based in Oregon. Her work spans guide writing, commerce writing, recipe development, and content creation.

After completing her Bachelor’s degree with a major in English Language and Literature, along with a minor in English Linguistics, Molly gained experience in the blogging and online publication field, managing several food blogs behind the scenes, as well as contributing recipes of her own. She has run her own small business, operating a bakery, as well as opening a coffee shop in her alma mater’s campus library before working as a full-time event planner heading up university and community events. Those experiences, coupled with her passion and expertise for the written word, have played a role in developing her love for sharing stories focused on food and beverage, recipe development, travel guides, and more.
